Pocket The Old Or The New?

Posted by TurtleGirl On June - 18 - 2009

Even though the Playstation Portable is intent on defining handheld gaming with cool cutting edge games, brilliant graphics, it offers the modern day gaming. But think about all those who have lived through the 80s and 90s and they want to go back to the old school gaming. They want to relive the times of the NES console and other old gaming systems. Now with the Pocket Retro Game Emulator, you can experience the excitement of Super Mario Bros and other classic games of yesteryear.

Compatible with NES, SNES, GBA, SEGA Genesis or Neo Geo ROMs. So we can rekindle our love of gaming with this perfect hand held gaming device which kind of looks like an NES controller. Maybe we can capture those games from our youth. Or will people stick to the new generation of hand held technology?. To me it’s looks like a pretty neat piece of technology.

The Pocket Retro Game Emulator has a plug and play function, as well as a high visibility 2.9 inch QVGA (320 x 240) LCD display and a full media capable of running video formats as FLV, WMV, ASF, AVI, MPEG, MP4, RMVB and SWF.

If you’re a serious hardcore gamer, will this be a perfect time travel gadget?

That looks awesome :) . It reminds me of those sega megadrive portable toys that you can play Dynamite Headdy on the loo. The only thing that was rubbish about it was that there was approximately zero battery life, it died within 45 minutes of play time. This needs to be better.

    Also how much? :)
