Ashes Cricket 2009 Review
Codemasters have just released Ashes Cricket 2009, perfectly timed to coincide with the 2009 Ashes Tour. This game is single handedly filling a huge gap in the games market, as Cricket games are few and far between. Given the lack of choice, will all of the cricket fans out there, starving of video game goodness, be able to fill up on Ashes Cricket 2009? I have no idea, as I am not a big fan of cricket, but I can tell you what I think of the game… Read the rest of this entry »

Watchmen Trainers look pretty cool
This is the second time we’ve covered these trainers, but this time we have got different designs to choose from. Today ranging from Darth Maul Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to the Watchmen trainers. Looking at the site, I reckon they will still be quite pricey, but I would’nt mind a pair myself. I know what ones I would choose. How about you?.
Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures Ep 4: The Bogey Man
Being a huge fan of all the Wallace and Gromit grand adventures , I decided to embark on the new episode of the game called ‘The Bogey Man’ by Tell Tales Games which is the final episode of the Wallace and Gromit grand series of season one which I tried out the pc. This time we follow the duo on their adventures surrounding Wallace who has been caught up in a dispute that threatens to destroy their peaceful and quiet area of West Wallaby and the pair must fight to save the neighbourhood as they take on the local country club. Wallace being the crazy inventor with his hair brained ideas and his loyal and loving Gromit not far behind, I started the game up to begin the adventure.
Rubber Band Gun
I have a passion for weapons, ok….let’s rephrase that. I have a passion for fun and kiddy like toy weapons. There’s no doubt about it, but I think I’ve found the ultimate in ‘Let’s run around the office while the boss isn’t looking’ rubber band gun. This little baby can fire up to 200 rubber bands in rapid succession and by the sounds of it, it can be a little difficult to reload. We don’t care, do we, because it’s all in the aid of having a good mess around with. Have you seen the size of this thing in the video. The guy looks pretty impressed with it. Only in Japan.
Brutal Legends Final Tracks revealed
Brütal Legend is an epic action game from visionary developer Tim Schafer. Jack Black stars as Eddie Riggs, a legendary roadie summoned to a world of Heavy Metal where mountains are made of amplifiers, killer spiders spin guitar strings and Rock Legends roam the landscape. As Eddie you crush skulls with a battle axe, ravage the road in a super-charged Hot Rod and unleash the power of Rock to reign down fire from the sky – all to save humanity and become a Brütal Legend. The sound track took years to put together, but here’s the final track list for the game.
Super Mario Clock
Yesterday I brought you the Super Mario Chess set, which everyone seemed to like and today still on the mario theme, I’ve found this super cool Super Mario Clock. It just runs off of one battery, which is even better. I just can’t get enough of Mario. Costing $30 from Etsy, I reckon it’s worth every penny.
