The Social Divide Comes To Xbox Live

If you’ve haven’t seen the new clothes on the Xbox 360 Market place, where have you been?. Honestly. Well I went to check it out last night after playing a few levels on Trials HD and Splosion Man on XBLA. I was pretty impressed as they had such a huge and wide variety of attire to choose from, even the girls had some decent stuff for a change. There was a nice choice of clothes from Gears of Wear to Bioshock, Halo 3, Fable 2, and many more. I did try on the Mr Bubbles helmet, but it was far too big for my little head and looked very funny. What about the pricing of the clothes? expensive or reasonable?. Some of the stuff was good with garments ranging from 80 Microsoft points to the more impressive stuff of the Halo 3 ODST outfit which was 400 Microsoft points. Ouch.

I liked the fact that they had a recession section. Did you see that?. For some of those who can’t afford the extravagant pieces of video games wear. What did you opt for in the end?. New tee and trainers?. I opted for a Tokidoki outfit seeing as I’m a huge fan of Tokidoki.

Also what about the incorporation of new game wear in some of the games. What do we know about that?. Do you reckon we have to get certain achievements within the game to unlock outfits?. All in all the new outfits on the Xbox Market place are pretty cool. If you’ve seen it, you know they have included an Adidas section as well.

What did you buy?

I had a quick look through all the props and considered getting one of the mobile phones (as I’m always on mine!) but in the end just left it. I might look into the t-shirts later on and spruce myself up – your avatar looks great!

would be a good idea if you could gift avatar attire. pricing is a bit steep but not as bad as the Games On Demand service which is damn right outrageous.

  4. TurtleGirl Said,

I was going to opt for the Gears of War, but ended up just getting Tee and Adidas tracksuit bottoms. Not sure many people would spend out 400 MS points
