Captain America Hoodie

With London Cosplay coming up and Halloween just around the corner and everyone wanting to dress up in some kind of outfit, I couldn’t help notice this Captain America hoodie. Does the guy look really proud in this outfit or was he just paid a lot of money to do it?. This hoodie is $60, is it money well spent?.
