I guess it takes a great deal of time and dedication to build your very own DIY dalek. Dr Who fans should take inspiration from Rob Bosher, a Doctor Who fan, who built this very impressive and life size dalek in his spare time.

 
This dalek cost him around £700 and is made from wood and scrap. It is an electric wheelchair based, joystick controlled Dalek, with a voice modulator for that authentic Dalek voice. The eye on the eye-stalk is made from a magic eight ball with real working lights. I hope you are impressed, because we certainly are. That’s a lot of spare time he had!
