Ferrari Branded Liquid E smartphone
For Ferrari fans and those who just like to show off a little.

Acer and Ferrari have teamed up for the release of a special edition Ferrari branded Liquid E smartphone. The handset offers many of the features found on the non-Ferrari model including Android, however there are a few additions and changes that you can expect to see.
The Ferrari themed Liquid E was officially unveiled by way of an Acer press release, that said, there are a few of the important details that remain a mystery. Most notably are the pricing and release date.
Otherwise, those interested will be able to expect a Snapdragon processor, 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen display, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, Wi-Fi and GPS. Still, those are the features that you have already seen on the non-Ferrari branded model. So lets move onto the Ferrari specific features.
Of course, the most obvious, the casing is sporting the Ferrari red coloring.
“The front is dominated by a spacious 3.5″, hi-resolution capacitive touchscreen, while the back sports the legendary “Scuderia Ferrari†shield with details in carbon fibre, while the redesigned microphone recalls the “air intake inletâ€, lending it a powerful look to keep it in pole position.â€
Additionally, the handset will come with some exclusive content in the form of Ferrari wallpaper, images, video and a set of ringtones that will offer the “inimitable sweet music of the Ferrari engine.†I guess what better way than to have the Ferrari sound — just have it set as your ringtone and have people call you. Certainly a lot cheaper than buying a Ferrari, granted, its not even close to being the same though.
Finally, what better way to show off your Ferrari branded Liquid E than with some matching bling, which in this case comes in the form of a Bluetooth headset. Yup, they are tossing in a matching headset that comes sporting the Ferrari brand name. Other features of the headset include echo cancellation and automatic volume adjustments.
