GGUK love to follow Japanese video gaming culture and over recent months wev’e seen the ‘Tablecloth hour arcade game‘ to this interesting and most bizarre’Table flipping simulating arcade’ one.
Table flipping is one of those famous customs we’ve heard about that occur in Japan. Maybe people just get frustrasted and decide that’s what entertains them, I’m not quite sure. Maybe someone could shed some light on this custom. Taito’s new arcade game Cho Chabudai Gaeshi! 2 table-flipping simulator must be the next best thing to real life table-flipping, and you won’t need to feel miserable afterwards cleaning up the mess you made either.
The game starts on a typical traditional chabudai-style table
Players can select from Story Mode and Competition Mode. If you’re alone, choose Story Mode which will takes you through a number of enraging scenarios, forcing you to pound on the table and flipping it in the end.
Here’s a screenshot from the Part-time Job scenario. Here you are working at a fastfood joint where the customers will annoy the hell out of you.
and I’m just merely guessing from this screenshot, there’s some kind of funeral, then you get up and flip the table. Yeah, it doesn’t make much sense to me either, but it looks very entertaining. Jump to the video to check it out.
