The real ‘Dragon Quest’ Bar in Japan

Posted by TurtleGirl On October - 5 - 2010

I’m really loving Dragon Quest 9 at the moment, I’m loving the characters, and the quests and hacking my way through them famous blue slimes, even when they do ask for backup each time.

Luida’s Bar in Mainichi, Japan, which is the fictional watering hole “Dragon Quest” opened in real life on January 28 in the nightlife district of Roppongi.

The girls dressed up like video game characters, nikuman shaped like the game’s iconic slime and some weird dessert called ‘Goddess fruit’ from “Dragon Quest IX.” Them desserts look yummy and I love the fact they had blue slimes everywhere. You can never have enough slimes.
