Launching in the UK on June 24th, Wii Play: Motion from Nintendo will not only offer a collection of 12 motion-based mini-games, but will also come packaged with a red Wii Remote Plus.
Playable only with Motion Plus, either with the Motion Plus add-on or the included Wii Remote Plus, Wii Play: Motion will see players using the precision of the controller to participate in multiple fun games using their very own Mii avatar.
The games will include such bizarreness as Wind Runner, where the player will have to angle their umbrella in order to catch the wind and be pulled on roller skates around a race course, and Cone Zone, in which the player will need to balance an ever increasing number of scoops of ice cream in their cone. In Skip Skimmer’s score mode, players will be competing to skip stones across a lake and through a series of rings. Spooky Search will offer yet more innovation as players have to find ghosts that have escaped from the TV into the players environment using the WiiMote speaker, and drag them back into the screen.
With 12 games in total and various different modes for both single and multiplayer fun, Wii Play: Motion looks to be as much fun as it’s predecessor, Wii Play.
