Reports earlier emerging from a Japanese retailer have a new Pokémon game for the Nintendo 3DS in their pre-order system called Super Pokémon Rumble. Pre-orders should start around the 15th June, although they are waiting for official confirmation yet.
The game is supposedly a handheld sequel to the WiiWare release pokemon Rumble. Super Pokemon Scramble will put players in control of Pokemon toys in combat. The game promises to make use of the 3DS’ 3D capabilities for a dynamic action experience.
Super Pokémon Scramble will see release on July 28, priced ¥4,800 in Japan. The game will feature local wireless play for up to two players, and will also support Spot Pass. The new Pokémon game is scheduled to be announced in next week’s issue of CoroCoro magazine.
