Let’s take a first glimpse at Namco Bandai’s Madoka Magica Portable coming to the PSP. This title is being developed by Namco and Nitroplus.
It’s a dungeon RPG and is based from the anime. The gameplay is split into two parts, adventure and dungeon. During the dungeon part, you choice a character with whom you’d like to talk from a map and this leads to conversation events and possibly further dungeon stages. Within the dungeon stages, you team to together to form a party and advance through the dungeon together. Namco Bandai have included animation scenes from the anime along with new transformation sequences.
Madoka Magica Portable is due for release in Japan on the 15th March in two forms, which is a standard version priced at ¥6,480 and very nice limited edition version priced ¥11,990.
The limited edition includes a pretty figma figure, a Blu-ray with special videos, a pouch, a handkerchief, a special box with all illustration from Shaft and a special picture label version of the the game’s UMD.
The standard version includes a special box and a DVD version of the limited edition’s Blu-ray video disc.
