Andrew Keith Johnson, aged 19 years pleased guilty to second degree murder in the October 2010 death of his one month old son William. Assistant District Attorney Mike Randles said that Mr Johnston had given a written statement saying he became irritated when the child was crying in his bassinet and interfering with Johnson’s playing of video games, The Shelbyville Times-Gazette reports. The boy died a week later after suffering a brain hemorrhage and injuries. An autopsy report said he died of ‘non-accidental trauma’.
