The World’s first urine-controller video game has been installed in a London Bar. People that arrive at ‘The Exhibit Bar’ in Balham can play from a selection of three games, when nature calls. The video game installation first began back in mid-july where it was placed in a Cambridge bar and has proved to be very popular, everytime anyone used a urinal.
The Game’s co-founder Gordon MacSween was not sure how the public would react to the game to begin with. But apparently, after he saw the trial appear in a Cambridge, he knew he was onto something good. The game has been designed to a create a valuable media opportunity from the 55 seconds the average man spends while he pees just staring at a blank wall. There is an advert played before and after the game promoting a drink you can buy at the bar. Finally, at the end of the game, players are then encouraged to post their scores via mobile to Twitter and to a live leader board so they can complete with their friends. The units roll-out in selected venues across the UK early in 2012. This is the first time, I think I won’t be able to play a video game, I have mixed emotions about that…dam nature.
