The Social Network script writer Aaron Sorkin has been offered the opportunity to write the Steve Jobs movie. Sony, who have bought the rights to Steve Job’s biography for a rumoured $1 million, and has offered Sorkin the job.
Sorkin told E! Online, “Sony has asked me to write the movie and it’s something I’m strongly considering”,
“Right now I’m just in the thinking-about-it stages. It’s a really big movie and it’s going to be a great movie no matter who writes it.” Meanwhile Hollywood continues to throw up potential candidates to play Jobs himself. Front runners include George Clooney and Noah Wyle.
