North America’s Susan Panico, head of PlayStation Network has officially left the company. Over the years, the PlayStation Network has grown into the massive online entertainment network we’ve come to use for games, movies, and TV. The network has also suffered in spring of last year, when PSN suffered a six week outage after a hacker attack. These resulted in gamers unable to login to the network to play multiplayer games or download content.
Patrick Seybold, spokesman for Sony Computer Entertainment America, said, “We can confirm Susan has left SCEA. We thank her for her considerable contribution to our business and wish her every success in the future.”
