What is hopefully the first of many meetups arranged by Women in Games Jobs, the not for profit network that works to recruit more women into the online and video games industry, will take place in London on March 14th, 2012.

The meetup will take place at The Alchemist, near Liverpool Street station in London, and will give women, and men, interested in gaming or technology a chance to meet leading, female video game professionals and an opportunity to network with others working or trying to get into the industry over a drink.

Meets ups are planned quarterly, normally from 6.00 – 8.00 pm on a Wednesday evening near Liverpool Street, London, UK. Each meetup will include a talk from a prominent speaker from the games industry giving personal, practicable career tips and advice.
