Sony Begins PlayStation Vita “AR Play” Program

Starting on the 28th June, Sony Japan will be offering AR play card  through a special AR Play official website for PlayStation Vita’s AR functionality initiative called ‘AR Play’.

The PlayStation store will deliver a selection of AR based games. You’ll be able to print out the cards through your PC and use them with the new games. Three games will launch with the AR Play program on the 28th June; Table Play Soccer, Cliff Diving and Fireworks. All three will be absolutely free and Sony promise additional titles to follow. Sony will also be distributing pre-printed AR cards to retailers. PlayStation Vita owners will be able to purchase the AR cards, but they will be available in limited quantities.
