What is Project P-100? Project P-100 is a working title coming to the Wii U GamePad. The story tells how earth is under attack by a massive invasion of enormous aliens and the only sure way to protect the planet is by bringing in some mighty heroes with special abilities. Unfortunately these aliens are far too strong and powerful for these heroes to fight individually.
They must team up and work together to defeat the enemies. These different superheroes can morph into powerful and strong weapons, which will be able to crush the incoming enemies or transform into objects like a giant fist or bridge to interact and traverse the environments. On the Wii U GamePad, you must explore each stage to find helpless citizens and then recruit them to join your army of heroes.
The more of the heroes you gather and collect. the greater your special morph powers will actually be. Players use the Wii U GamePad’s touch screen interface to command heroes, such as Bonzai Man, Vending Machine Man and even Toilet Bowl Man. Yeah, admittedly they all sound like pretty strange superheroes to be perfectly honest.
Heroes can also morph into gelatin to guard themselves from enemy attacks. Players can use the GamePad to explore areas that are unseen on the television screen and solve the different puzzle elements the game has to offer.
The game is made by Platinum Games, known for titles such as MadWorld and Bayonetta, but they’ve teamed up with Nintendo to apply their unique talent to the development of one of the first games for the Wii U GamePad.
