Not only will Halo 4, one of the most anticipated games of the year, be playable by the public on the showfloor at this year’s Eurogamer Expo, but Frank O’Connor from 343 Industries will be offering the first developer session of the show.
For the first time in the UK, fans will get access on the showfloor to the “Halo Infinity Multiplayer” experience through the competitive multiplayer modes of War Games.
The Halo 4 session will be the first of the show at midday on Thursday 27th September. O’Connor will take the stage to showcase this year’s biggest Xbox 360 release to attendees, before its worldwide launch on 6th November.
“We were looking around for a big video game icon to open the show and they don’t get much bigger than the Master Chief,” said Tom Bramwell, Eurogamer Operations Director. “The Master Chief is more than a video game star – he’s a pop culture icon – and we can’t wait to see what 343 Industries has in store for us.”
The Eurogamer Expo takes place 27th-30th September 2012 at Earls Court, London, and promises more playable games than ever (including a large number of UK first-plays), our highest-profile developer session schedule, as well as a number of satellite events including the Games Industry Fair.
