For the official launch of Resident Evil Revelations arriving on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and PC on the 24th May, Capcom are pulling out all the stops, or is that bodies for an event for the public. The public are invited to join Capcom to take a swim, or just a brief look judging by the colour of the water for the ‘First Ever Blood Swimming Pool’ event for free. Yup, that’s right folks, it’s a swimming pool filled with fake human torsos, brains, blood bandages, eyeballs, and blood clots. Sound like fun?

The pool is 16ft by 32ft large and over one metre deep. It houses around 55,000 gallons of water, the equivalent to the blood of 11,327 people. Those brave enough to venture to the bottom of the pool may also find collectible merchandise that they’re free to keep and towels and goggles are available too.

Where is this event taking place?

The facility will be open to the public on the 25th and 26th of May and can be found in Jupiter Wharf, London E3 2PL. It’s only open to those aged 16 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Free tickets can be obtained here from Monday May 20th. There are only 100 available for each day.
