Patch 9 for Creative Assembly’s Total War ROME II went live yesterday, bringing with it numerous tweaks and bug fixes.
This patch brings a major list of improvements and tweaks to all areas of game, with battles forming a key focus. Many of the game’s units have undergone cost, statistic and ability rebalancing, and a number of technical aspects of the battle-engine have been enhanced, including performance, pathfinding, siege-engine usage, unit formations and much more. After a successful beta period, in which community feedback has contributed to a series of further improvements for patch 9, work is well underway on the next update, alongside further releases of free content and DLC for ROME II in the near future.
