Spun Candy have launched an official Candy Crush Saga sweet range in the UK.
Available from today exclusively at Selfridges stores nationwide and within Spun Candy’s very own store in the heart of Covent Garden, long-time fans and candy-lovers alike will be able to savour treats from the deliciously sweet and colourful world for the first time.
Four different collections of handmade Candy Crush candies are available at launch, inspired by popular episodes in the game. Fans can mix and match a range of delicious and fruity treats from the fizzy hard-rock depths of the Lemonade Lake Collection, to the coconut Colour Bomb hard-rock in the Sweet Surprise Collection, the watermelon Mr Toffee hard-rock in the Candy Town Collection and a range of fruity flavours in the Lollipop Forest Collection.
“We’re very excited to launch the first Candy Crush Saga confectionary range in the UK, offering fans of the game another way to get a taste of the fun,” says Claes Kalborg, Licensing Guru at King. “We’re proud to be partnering with Spun Candy, a fantastic London-based concept confectioner that has cleverly transformed key themes of the game into a mouth-watering candy range.”
“We’re huge fans of Candy Crush Saga so it’s been a real pleasure to launch the game’s official candy collection,” says James Ellender, Co-Founder at Spun Candy. “The collection offers a combination of natural flavours and Candy Crush Saga themed designs which we’re sure fans will absolutely love.”
