GAME are pleased to announce they have become an official games partner of BAFTA. The partnership will see GAME support the upcoming British Academy Games Awards, held at Tobacco Dock on 6th April, along with a number of other BAFTA events throughout the year.
As an official games partner of the Academy, BAFTA will be working to bring exclusive content to GAME through social media, multichannel retail offers and competitions. There will be activity planned in the new BELONGTM Arenas and GAME will also be looking to bring elements of the partnership to life using the cutting edge augmented reality technology of its Ads Reality subsidiary. GAME will additionally support a number of BAFTA’s learning and new talent schemes throughout the year including showcases, masterclasses and BAFTA’s Young Game Designer initiative.
